Hello. I came across your blog after driving around this weekend to find a lot for sale which happens to be in the Maravilla subdivision. I see a lot of activity in March online, but no updates. Can you post an update how are the homeowners coping and what is the status of the unfinished homes?
don't buy there. it is a mess. the county has never taken the bond money necessary to fix the problems left by maravilla.
